Job Title: General Manager – Sports Bar
Location: Loganville, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Management experience in hospitality or food & beverage required

We are a lively and growing sports bar in the heart of Loganville, GA, known for our great atmosphere, cold drinks, and loyal local crowd. Whether it's game day or a casual night out, we pride ourselves on creating an energetic, welcoming experience for all of our guests.
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead a team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar and kitchen operations
Hire, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback professionally
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Lead marketing and promotional efforts (game nights, events, specials)
Monitor financial performance and report to ownership regularly
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and labor
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software a plus
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
