You’ll inherit a solid book of business with strong operational support and be in a position to grow into leadership as the branch expands. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of $800K–$1M in commercial maintenance accounts.
• Serve as the face of the company to clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Identify and sell enhancement work and value-added services.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure safety and service delivery standards are met.
• Partner with the branch manager, production manager, and business development team to support branch growth and retention goals.
  

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of account management experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of relationship building.
• Industry knowledge and operational experience.
• Driven, extroverted, and proactive—someone who represents the company well in the field.
• Culture Index alignment required.

Branch Growth Opportunity:

The Atlanta branch currently includes one account manager, one branch manager, two business developers, and a production manager overseeing three crews. This position will join that core team with a clear opportunity to grow into leadership as the branch expands. The company is stable, well-resourced, and ready to invest in the right talent.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $80,000
• Commissions: % on gross enhancement sales (with some exclusions)
• Company Vehicle: Provided for business use
