Cleaning Specialist
Cleaning Specialists are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the buildings to meet customer standards.
Responsibilities
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Gather and empty trash
Dust furniture, walls, and equipment
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
Spot clean and extract carpets
Sanitize, scrub, strip, and finish floors
Inspect grounds and parking lot and remove litter and debris
Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized
Follow manufacturer’s specifications for preparing chemicals and using equipment
Ensure building doors and windows are secure and locked
Report to supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by Area Supervisor or Area Manager
