Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time Preferred / Part-Time Considered

Location: Peachtree City, Georgia

Schedule: Available Between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our clinic operations in Peachtree City, Georgia. We are actively prioritizing full-time candidates for this role; however, qualified part-time candidates will also be considered.

This position is ideally an in-person clinic-based role, though hybrid scheduling may be available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

• Provide caregiver training and consultation

• Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data analysis

• Prepare progress reports and maintain clinical documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Experience working with children and families in ABA settings

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff

• Experience in clinic-based ABA services preferred
