Process Technician I
Start your new career as a Process Technician I with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Process Technician I, you will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

- 1st Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant manufacturing or process technology experience
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions
- Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime during peak season, including extended shifts up to 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Monitor production processes, material flow, and machine operations to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
- Accurately record and report production data
- Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and trial runs on equipment
- Complete tool changes and machine repairs while following all HECP LOTO procedures
- Conduct quality inspections, burst testing, salinity testing, and weight verification checks
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors regarding supplies and work orders
- Organize and maintain tooling inventory in designated storage locations
- Support production goals established by plant leadership
- Assist with directing Inspector/Packers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Learn and perform tasks across multiple departments as business needs require
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
