Underwriting Assistant (Milton)

TRC is seeking an underwriting assistant on behalf of their client located in Alpharetta, GA. Temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible)
Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the business. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow professionally, with the opportunity to advance into a managerial position over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Assist the underwriting team with administrative tasks
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Support daily office operations as needed
• Learn underwriting processes and industry standards

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• PNC license preferred but not required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
