We're hiring a Concrete Cutter Helper / Trainee to join our team for projects throughout the metro Atlanta area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career with a stable company.

Important Details

• Report daily to our Comer, GA shop before heading to job sites.
• Ride with the foreman in a company truck unless qualified to lead a crew.
• Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the shop.
• Pay is based on experience

What You'll Do

• Assist the Concrete Saw Cutting and Core Drilling Operator on job sites.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after each project.
• Help with core catching, spotting, concrete removal, and slurry cleanup.
• Assist with operating and maintaining concrete cutting equipment, including core drills, slab saws, wall saws, hand saws, chain saws, and hydraulic units.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment and complete daily paperwork as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• If qualified to drive a company vehicle, a clean MVR is required
