The worker ensures the safety and wellbeing of clients while fostering independence and positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to clients in daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized goals
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and incidents
• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within community and care settings
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure client protection

Required Qualifications
