WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You’ll own the schedule. That means building it, filling it when things go sideways, and making sure the right caregiver is in the right home every single day. You’ll find new caregivers, walk them through hiring, and make sure they are successful at Skylark.

• Build and manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules
• Fill last-minute callouts fast
• Recruit caregivers: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews
• Onboard new hires: background checks, credentials, paperwork, system setup
• Organize and facilitate new hire orientation — including the “what it’s really like” parts
• Support Skylark operations with excellent computer and organizational skills.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a strong fit if:

• You have hands-on caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar) — a big plus
• You consistently build warm, welcoming professional relationships with caregivers, colleagues, and families.
• You’ve coordinated schedules, shifts, or staff in a care setting before
• You stay calm when five things go wrong at once — because this job has those days
• You communicate clearly and kindly with caregivers, clients, and families
• You’re organized enough to track credentials, on-call logs, and open shifts without dropping a ball
• You have reliable transportation
