Airport Maintenance Tech

Job Description:

Our team has the best group of restaurant service technicians in the industry. Proximity to Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Our commercial maintenance techs are responsible for performing general, preventive maintenance and repairs with a skill set ranging from HCAV, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and troubleshooting to ensure optional performance and efficiency.

Schedule:

• On call schedule
• Typically work evenings Sunday – Saturday
• Shift hours range from 2-6 may require additional hours
• Emergency call schedule (may require day shifts hours)

Maintenance Tech Job Requirements:

• Arrive on time – Complete tasks in a timely manner
• Required to capture clear pictures of maintenance issues to submit to management
• Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk the distance of property to job site
• Knowledge of safety procedures, maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix malfunctions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on systems
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment maintenance a plus (fryers, walk-in freezer, reach-in coolers and grills)
• Carry out general maintenance repairs of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems at commercial sites
• Advise management on equipment purchased, parking, or any job-related expenses

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
• Must be able to work a on-call schedule availability as needed
• Must pass criminal background check for last 10 years and drug screening
• Must be willing to work on-call nights/weekends/holidays
