Dental Assistant (Per-Diem)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization.
- Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress.
- Update patient health history and chart treatment progress.
- Expose and develop radiographs (if certified).
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments.
- Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems.
- Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA &; OSHA.
Skills:
- As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you are an integral part of the care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Associate or certification in Dental Assisting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.
