Location: Hybrid in Dunwoody, GA

Overview

Our client is looking to add a Recruiter to support a growing team!

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a recruiter with approximately 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a high-volume environment and can quickly become a productive member of the team.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Comfortable managing a high-volume workload (current team supports approximately 30-40 open requisitions consistently)

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Confident partnering with hiring managers and educating them on recruiting best practices and process expectations

• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to ask questions when needed

• Takes initiative and can operate with minimal ramp-up time

• Able to hit the ground running and contribute immediately

Team Fit

• Looking for a leader and collaborator, not just an individual contributor

• Someone who takes ownership, shares ideas, and contributes to overall team success

• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Recruiting Operations & Analytics

The ideal candidate should understand recruiting metrics and be data-driven, including experience tracking and reporting on:

• Time-to-fill

• Pipeline conversion rates

• Candidate movement through interview stages

• Recruiter performance metrics and KPIs

• Recruiting dashboards and reporting tools

Technology Experience

• LinkedIn Recruiter

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Excel (reporting, tracking, and dashboard management)

• Experience with Oracle is a strong plus

What Success Looks Like

This recruiter will be able to effectively manage a large req load, provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, leverage recruiting data to drive decisions, and serve as a trusted talent advisor to the business.

Must-have traits: proactive, communicative, organized, metrics-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
