The opportunity

As an FSO Technology Business Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

We are looking for Senior Business Analysts who will collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions. The team supports our clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA
  • Financial Domain Expertise :Proven experience in one or more areas: Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, Capital Markets
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with API analysis, system integrations, and data flow mapping.
    • Familiarity with modern application architecture and cloud-ready design principles.
    • Understanding of testing principles, strategies, and best practices across the software development lifecycle
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work with a distributed team, including off-shore teams
    • Strong analytical mindset with a focus problem-solving

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
