Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Leader to lead packaging production with a strong focus on machinery performance, equipment reliability, and repair. This role partners closely with Maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations
- Lead machinery troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Support changeovers, startups, and new equipment installs
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE and downtime
- Ensure safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in packaging machinery and repair
- Experience with automated packaging equipment
- Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
Preferred:
- PLC troubleshooting, Lean or TPM experience
