Interim Director of Nursing Needed in Austell, Georgia!

The Position

• An Interim Director of Nursing is needed to provide clinical leadership across acute care nursing units.
• Reporting to the AVP of Nursing Services, this leader will oversee five FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include supporting quality improvement initiatives, increasing leadership visibility, strengthening frontline staff and leadership support, and promoting a just and accountable culture.
• The ideal candidate will have recent acute care hospital experience with a Med/Surg, ICU, cardiac/telemetry, neuro, or vascular background, along with demonstrated quality improvement outcomes and strong collaboration skills. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Acute care hospital leadership experience required, with experience leading complex patient populations and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
