Automotive Sales Representative

We’re looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates / Product Specialists to join our team. Prior auto sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide professional sales training to help you succeed. What We Offer * Competitive pay plan: $3,500 to $16,000+ per month (base + commission, up to $8,000 in unit bonuses, and incentives)

Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid training and continuous professional development * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts * Career advancement within a large, stable, and growing automotive group * A supportive, team-oriented culture that values your success Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience * Help customers find the right new Hyundai or pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs * Present and demonstrate product features, technology, and performance benefits * Guide customers through the entire car buying process—test drives, financing options, trade-ins, and closing deals * Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business * Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to achieve monthly sales goals * Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends Qualifications * Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required * High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive spirit * Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends * Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Apply today to start your automotive sales career at Shottenkirk Hyundai Canton!
