As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll oversee residential HVAC system installations while guiding and mentoring junior team members. What Can We Do For You?
$20–$25 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential
Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings.
8-hour job, 8-hour pay – we value your time and effort!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
Mentor and train junior installers, ensuring they develop strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
Ensure the team follows quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve top-tier performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details in a clear, professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and participate in company-sponsored training.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
EPA certification (required).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
