We're hiring a Healthcare Systems Analyst to support lab and pathology systems for a leading hospital network in Atlanta. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining critical clinical systems, supporting operations, and ensuring compliance across multiple facilities.
What You'll Do:
Build, support, and maintain laboratory and pathology information systems
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance across hospital environments
Partner with clinical and IT teams to support workflows and system enhancements
Participate in integrated and multi-departmental system testing
Ensure systems meet regulatory and operational standards
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Lab Science, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst (or Sr. Analyst) in a healthcare setting
Experience supporting clinical systems (lab/pathology strongly preferred)
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
