We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Agent in Training to join our district. This role involves building new client relationships, offering customized insurance solutions, and driving sales across a variety of product lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-driven, and eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Requirements
- Track record of success in sales, whether in insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals in a consultative sales setting
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for independence and financial advancement
- Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees)
- Bachelors degree preferred; minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License required
