What You’ll Do:

As a CSR, you’ll create memorable guest experiences while helping drive site performance. You will:

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Guide guests through wash packages and memberships in a clear, friendly way.
• Confidently promote club memberships and contribute to daily sales goals.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and high-energy during busy times.
• Represent Sparkle Express with positivity, accountability, and consistency.
• Work closely with your team to deliver smooth operations and great results.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking team members who bring heart, hustle, and a positive attitude to every shift. You’re someone who:

• Enjoys talking with guests and building quick, friendly connections.
• Brings high energy and a great attitude, even during busy periods.
• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Takes coaching well and wants to improve.
• Is dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Has customer service or sales experience.
• Is comfortable contributing to a sales-forward, service-driven environment.

Pay & Perks:

• $15/hour base pay + $5/hour guaranteed commission for your first 90 days (Start earning $20/hour from day one).
• Opportunity to earn well above $5/hour in commission after 90 days through a clear, achievable sales program.
