Automotive Finance Manager
Full Job Description We are an Independent Dealership with locations in Marietta and Kennesaw. Our successful dealership is looking for an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance & Insurance Manager your responsibility is to manage the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience for each customer of the dealership in person and virtually using our online digital retailing software. Work with lenders to obtain bank approval for car purchases, be engaged with the overall sales process, produce the financial paperwork and consult with the staff on DMV laws. Qualifications: * Prior Automotive Sales Consultant experience required; 1-3 years * Prior Finance & Insurance Manager experience required; 2-3 years * Must be able to present and sell aftermarket products * Thorough knowledge of and compliance with dealership procedures and legal automotive requirements. * Amazing communication skills in both oral and written forms. * Ability to resolve all customer issues. * Provide financial services to automotive customers; loan origination / approval. * Must be able to manage and train sales people * Prepare required transaction documents and loan agreements. * Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. * Must be able to work evenings and Saturday's * Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Responsibilities: * Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process of the car buying experience * Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers * Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner * Achieve monthly objectives * Responsible for meeting deadlines for turning in customer paperwork to lenders and accounting * Responsible for securing and handling customer money during vehicle transaction; turn money into accounting * Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new and recently change state laws associated with purchasing a vehicle * Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships * Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors * Must be able to give a proper finance and insurance menu presentation explaining warranty packages * Assist sales professionals with customers when needed to explain lending options and warranties * Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly * Track record of excellent customer service * Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems * Detail oriented and can stay organized in a fast pace environment * Strategic thinker that will strive to find a solution for every customer when needed * Self-motivated and a team player * Ability to understand tag and title laws; DMV Benefits * Insurance: medical, vision, dental * Life Insurance * 401(k) * PTO and holidays * Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service repairs * Opportunities to join our community service initiatives * Internal career advancement opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance This job advertisement in no way states or implies that these are the only duties and responsibilities to be performed by this employee.
