Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting information, and contributing to a welcoming, results-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Welcome visitors and customers with a friendly and professional approach. * Provide information about products and services to interested customers. * Support customer engagement and promotional activities. * Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions. * Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area. * Support routine visitor and customer records. * Assist with promotional materials and customer information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals. * Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. * Confident interacting with customers and visitors. * Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn sales skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front office support is a plus but not required.
