Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic examinations across general and specialty areas, ensuring accurate patient positioning, appropriate exposure settings, and high-quality images for interpretation.
- Operate and monitor radiology equipment safely, maintain image quality, and adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, verify orders, explain procedures, assess comfort, and assist with patient transfers as needed.
- Verify patient identity and exam details, document procedures in the chart, and transmit images to the PACS for radiologist interpretation; communicate findings as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized imaging area; follow infection control, patient privacy, and data security policies; ensure equipment is sanitized between patients.
- Collaborate with radiologists and support staff to optimize workflow, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support timely image delivery for readings.

Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT Cert) required
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience within the specialty
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and follow radiation safety protocols
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to meet credentialing requirements for a travel assignment
- M-F day shift availability and capacity to perform radiographic procedures in a hospital/clinic environment
