Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Perform preventative maintenance and quickly diagnose issues to minimize downtime and restore production
• Read and interpret schematics/diagrams to support troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, 6IMS) and escalate issues as needed
• Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams, document repairs, and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting
• Basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use tools, equipment, and metric measuring systems
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment

• Manufacturing shop floor environment with exposure to noise, vibration, humidity, fumes, dust, and temperature changes
• Required use of PPE, including safety glasses and safety toe shoes

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs with equipment
• Constant walking, standing, and use of hands/fingers
• Frequent reaching, bending, and movement
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting, and crawling
