- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications.
- Measure and cut materials to ensure precise fitting and alignment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Assist in the training of junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience in carpentry or related skilled labor roles.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
