firstPRO 360 is seeking an Accounting Clerk for an immediate opportunity in Atlanta, GA. General duties include, but are not limited to: accounts payable invoice processing, accounts receivable follow up, process expense reports, assist with bank and account reconciliations, and vendor maintenance. Experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices
• Communicate with vendors, updating information and addressing needs accordingly
• Follow up on accounts receivable/collections
• Examine accounting records for the entire department, checking for accuracy
• Process expense reports for employees
• Assist with the reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts
• Prepare 1099s for vendors and file with the IRS

Required Skills:

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is highly preferred
• 6 months - 1+ years' experience in accounting operations
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• NetSuite and/or QuickBooks experience
• Fundamental understanding of GAAP
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
