Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Years Experience: 2
Advanced Skills Required:
Experience with mass transfusion using Level 1 rapid infuser
Ability to assist in the Operating Room (OR) when needed
Strong IV insertion and management skills
Ability to perform effectively in a high-stress environment
Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
