Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- Provide high-level trauma care in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital environment
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and coordinate patient care
- Perform wound care, post-operative monitoring, and discharge planning
- Manage cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Passing of an EKG competency exam
- National certification in Medical-surgical or Nephrology preferred
