Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented plumber to join our inspection team. This role involves conducting plumbing evaluations during home inspections, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform plumbing system assessments during home inspections, including water supply lines, fixtures, drains, water heaters, and other components.
• Identify and document plumbing defects, safety concerns, and code violations.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with inspectors and clients to answer questions and explain plumbing findings.
• Stay current on plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service on every inspection.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber in the state of Georgia (required).
• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in residential settings.
• Knowledge of Georgia plumbing codes and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home inspection or related field.
