Job Description: Senior PM - General Construction - Atlanta Location: Atlanta, United States Start Date: 19 March 2026 Pay Rate: $70/hour Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager in General Construction based in Atlanta, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of each project. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management software
