SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Our client is a small-mid sized high growth company seeking a high-performing Senior Accounting Analyst to support core financial operations and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, enhancing reporting processes, and partnering cross-functionally to improve visibility into business performance. • Lead critical components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Maintain general ledger integrity in alignment with applicable accounting standards
• Partner on financial reporting packages and assist with audit readiness and execution
• Support internal controls and regulatory compliance initiatives across operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 2–4 years of experience, with prior Big 4 audit experience required
• Exposure to manufacturing or similar operational environments / clients is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous growth
