The Nurse Practitioner plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services by assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing effective treatment plans. This role involves direct patient care, medication management, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and health promotion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and perform diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage medications and adjust treatments as necessary
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
- Promote overall health and wellness in patients
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in nurse practitioner roles
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification
