Team Lead
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Lead to support operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of a designated work group or production cell
- Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet customer requirements
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members as needed
- Ensure adherence to all company quality standards and safety protocols
- Assist in resolving workflow or personnel issues during the shift
- Communicate performance updates and operational concerns to the Supervisor or Operations Manager
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
- Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team on an overnight shift
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Requires standing, walking, and monitoring operations throughout the shift
