As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility is meeting homeowners throughout designated residential communities to educate them about innovative telecommunications and entertainment services.

You'll spend your workday having one-on-one conversations with prospective customers, learning about their current providers, discussing available options, answering questions, and recommending solutions that align with their needs. Once a customer decides to move forward, you'll assist them through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Success in this position comes from communication, consistency, and genuine relationship-building. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working independently, appreciate a goal-oriented environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Previous sales experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, athletics, customer service, marketing, or other people-focused industries often transition successfully because of their communication skills and ability to connect with others.
