Who We're Looking For: We seek a compassionate, professional team player with a willingness to learn. Experience with Avimark is a definite plus . As a clinic that operates in a fast-paced environment, we need someone who can handle stressful situations and emergencies with ease. Responsibilities:

• Restraining dogs and cats for procedures/exams
• Acquiring samples for diagnostic tests, including venipuncture and radiology
• Running diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, parasite screenings, and cytologies
• Assisting in surgical procedures
• Assisting dental cleanings
• Caring for hospitalized patients
• Filling prescriptions
• Loading, prepping, and assisting in exam rooms
• General cleaning and maintenance of the hospital and its equipment
• Managing inventory
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Other similar tasks are required to keep the clinic running smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Proficient at restraining both dogs and cats
• Good teamwork ethic and a positive attitude

Drug Testing: We are a Drug-Free Workplace member, so applicants must be willing to undergo drug testing.

Pay Rate: $13 to $18 based on experience, with room for flexibility contingent upon skills, experience, and background.

Work Schedule:

• 1 Saturday every other week (8:00 am to 2:30 pm)
• 10-hour shifts 4 times a week on alternating weeks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
