What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative , you'll:

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits

• Conduct professional virtual consultations by phone and Zoom

• Educate clients on supplemental insurance and benefit options

• Recommend personalized solutions based on each family's needs

• Guide members through the enrollment process

• Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and claims assistance

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow all compliance guidelines

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Self-motivation and personal accountability

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfort using computers and virtual communication tools

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Desire to help others while building a rewarding career

Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, recruiting, or financial services is helpful—but not required .

We value coachability, integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam
