Summary and Attributes:

LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing an excellent guest experience throughout our Operations and Facilities departments. Duties and Responsibilities: Court Attendant, Gate Attendant, Parking Attendant, Field Maintenance, Janitorial Attendant

• Maintain premium guest experience.
• Responsibilities include performing day-to-day operations activities
• Operate small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc.
• Cleaning debris from grounds including but not limited to fields, courts, athlete/guest seating, parking lots, and pre-event areas.
• Assisting with event set up and break down for events
• Assisting with tenant and vendor coordination
• Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensure the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.
• Ensure that company policies are enforced.
• Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
• Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.
• Assist Guest Experience Supervisors and Managers in day-to-day operations

Assisting other team members when needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends , and holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.

• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

• Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values

Work Environment:

Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time. Employees may operate a variety of small and medium-sized equipment on a regular basis.
