Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor- powered mowing equipment. We are looking for an experienced powder coat painter to join our team. Your precision and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. As a Powder Coater at Trimax, you will:

• Prep metal components through blasting and cleaning to industry standards.
  
• Prime and finish parts to ensure maximum durability and aesthetic quality.
• Apply powder coating and wet paint using manual spray systems.
• Operate and maintain all coating and blasting equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency against Trimax standards.
• Work collaboratively with fabrication, assembly, and quality teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in powder coating, blasting, and wet painting, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for finish quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A solid understanding of workplace safety and handling of coating materials.
• Relevant trade qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
