IMMEDIATE SIGN ON BONUS
Pay: $38,000 - $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Incentives)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 (In-person)

What You'll Do

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
• Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the office.
• Process premium payments efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and retention.
• Proactively prospect new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases.
• Educate prospective clients on insurance policy options tailored to their unique needs and goals.

What We're Looking For

• GA Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High work ethic, coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Proven ability to build relationships from scratch and thrive independently
