Giannotti & Associates is growing and actively seeking motivated, service-oriented sales professionals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Associates.
This is an entry-level, phone-based position centered around inbound client consultations. You will speak with individuals who have expressed interest in coverage options, provide clear information, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment decisions in a professional office environment.

Role ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:
Handle inbound consultation calls from prospective clients
Present and explain health coverage solutions clearly and professionally
Assist clients with questions while guiding them through the enrollment
process
Maintain consistent follow-up and account documentation
Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training sessions
This role blends consultative sales with high-level customer service and relationship management.
