Entry-Level Marketing and Fundraising Associate

We are hiring Entry-Level Marketing and Fundraising Associates in Atlanta, GA to support in-person community outreach on behalf of the Atlanta Humane Society.

Role Overview

As a Fundraising & Marketing Associate, you will engage with the public at community outreach events to share information about the Atlanta Humane Society and its monthly giving program. You will represent the organization in a professional, face-to-face setting and help communicate its mission to the community.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Atlanta Humane Society at outreach events
• Engage with the public in face-to-face conversations
• Communicate the organization’s mission and donation programs
• Provide information about monthly giving opportunities
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Participate in training sessions and scheduled meetings
• Follow structured outreach processes and guidelines

Compensation

• Expected annual earnings: $55,000–$65,000 (base pay plus performance-based incentives)
• Compensation varies based on performance and full-time hours worked
• Full-time schedule required

Training and Advancement

Requirements
