Front Server
The Server position at So Fox takes orders for both food and beverage, runs dishes and clears tables, and hosts a meaningful and exceptional hospitality experience in line with the vision and ethos of the restaurant group.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares the restaurant for service, participating in daily opening and closing walkthroughs with associated checklists, ensuring the facility is properly closed and/or properly set up. Immediately addresses issues or concerns; proposes improvements and adjustments as necessary.
- Maintains and takes inventory of special smallwares monthly.
- Keeps the service station stocked and properly clean and organized.
- Supports ownership in setting, meeting, and exceeding operating goals and objectives according to the operation’s mission and strategy.
