A LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking an A Level Automotive Technician to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
**Position Overview:**
As an A Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards. You will work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that all work is completed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with safety regulations. Your expertise in automotive repair and strong attention to detail will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to, engine work, transmission repairs, brake services, and electrical system diagnostics.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss vehicle issues and repair methods.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in automotive repair.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining repairs needed, and offering recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an automotive technician; minimum 5 years preferred.
- A Level (or equivalent qualification) in automotive technology or related field.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- ASE certification or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
