Technical Recruiter

Description

Sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards such as LinkedIn, and niche platforms to identify and attract potential candidates for technical positions. Review resumes and conduct phone screenings/initial interviews to asses candidates competencies and skills. Coordinate and conduct technical interviews and assessments in collaboration with hiring managers. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability. Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process. Stay informed regarding industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and technological advancements to effectively attract top talent.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
