Senior BTP Developer/Architect

The Opportunity

As a Senior BTP Consultant, you will strategically align technology with business objectives. You’ll excel in the role as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.

Tenthpin is recognized as the Number 1 SAP Life Sciences partners and require a BTP Architect & Administrator who will enjoy the technical challenge of working on leading edge client projects that combine S/4 with SAP Life Science Cloud innovation products, Tenthpin solutions, and other cloud products.

Key responsibilities include:

· Collaborating closely with clients to support the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems especially combining Cloud ERP with cloud solutions including SAP Life Science cloud products and Tenthpin Solutions.

· Participating in projects focused on development, analytics, and integration on the SAP Business Technology Platform .

· Design, configure and administer the BTP platform at the client.

· Leading the technical design of technical integration and orchestration.

· Working with functional colleagues to identify ways that BTP Services can be used to achieve business process solutions in the most effective way including in business process automation and orchestration. Support the activation and utilization of these services.

· Preparing technical specifications and participating in solution architecture and estimation processes .

· Contribute as required in deployment of the SAP Integration Suite with CPI integration, adoption and implementation of standard connectors, and additional methods such as Advanced Event Mesh.

· Highly advantageous if also skilled to contribute to CAPM (Cloud Application Programming, nodeJS, Java) to broaden your project role.

· Depending on seniority you may also act as technical lead coordinating development, integration and Basis/Rise consultants.

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to developing outstanding solutions. You will also bring the following SAP experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with significant expertise in BTP architecture and administration

· Guided the technical design of understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, extension and automation.

· Strong BTP hands-on experience ideally spanning:

SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors, Advanced Event Mesh)

SAP Extension Suite (CAP, Node.js, Java, Fiori/UI5)

SAP Build Work Zone / SAP Build Apps

SAP Business Application Studio

· Direct experience with SAP Life Science products is not expected but experience including cloud solutions with SAP Cloud ERP to provide a single user experience is valuable.

· Adept at explaining technical topics and options to functional colleagues

· Ability to support team members in developing and implementing technical solutions

· Adaptability and effectiveness in fast-paced, dynamic environments under tight deadlines
