**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
+ Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials, helping to maintain a secure environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.
+ Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
+ Support the implementation of security-related policies and procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access or activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
