Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging (Required)

Work Experience
1 or more years in Diagnostic Imaging (Required)

Licenses and Certifications
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Required)

Essential Duties
TESTING AND CALIBRATION OF LINEAR ACCELERATORS:
Calibrate all the Photon and Electron Energies of Linear Accelerator.
Performs calibration checks and safety surveys of linear accelerators and other sources of radiation.

QUALITY CONTROL OF LINEAR ACCELERATOR:
Develops, implements, oversees, and participates in integrated radiation therapy quality control programs.
Perform a quality assurance program for all the energies of Linear Accelerator.

DEVELOP THE POLICY AND PROCEDURE TO ENSURE PATIENT SAFETY:
Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.

MAINTAIN PROFESSIONALISM:
Maintains professional contact with peers through attendance at professional meetings and related activities.
