Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide exceptional home health care to patients, adhering to nursing best practices.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a patient caseload ensuring timely visits and follow-up.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Utilize technology proficiently to document patient care and communication effectively.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
• PALS required
• Experience: No less than 5 years in the OR, with proficiency in neurology, orthopedics, or vascular specialties
• Previous travel experience is a plus, but not mandatory
