Job Title: Sr React Frontend Developer

Job Summary:

• Good years of software development experience
• Expert in software development domain and principles, including design pattern, code structure, programming language, continuous integration, and deployments.
• Expertise in single Page Applications, Rich Internet Application design and implementation.
• Strong command of browser-side client technologies including AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript.
• Expert in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Mobx, jQuery, Angular JS and Node.js
• Expert in Web Technologies (Apache, SOAP, JSON, XML, Restful APIS)
• Proficient in DOM API, AJAX Programming and build systems such as webpack, grunt, Gulp
• Effectively work with PMO, development, product management, business and technical operation, system engineering, infrastructure, network, and architecture teams
• Design and develop front end react /angular based application.
• Perform new development, maintenance fixes and enhancement to meet business requirement
• Draft and review architectural diagram, specifications, business requirement as well as various design documents
• Work with our existing technology stack in (Java, C++ Linux, Unix, open-source platform, and SOA as well as new technology for our next generation solution
• Documents technical requirements, program and subsystem design, resolutions to system problems, project task description, effort estimate, and unit and integration test
• Maintain awareness of industry training, compliance concerns, risk control process, and regulatory landscape
• Mentor other software developers

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of React based frontend development
• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Design and develop Web development in JavaScript, react or angular and type script, RxJsA Solid understanding of responsive design development and mobile web best practices
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as git and Bitbucket
• Practical experience and understanding of low latency messaging middleware
• Practical experience working within the scrum framework and agile methodology
• Must poses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally wander into other areas, for example back in DevOps other team codebase and shape end to end solutions
• Drive to learn, grow, and make things better than you find it
• Self-motivated, highly organized, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Knowledgeable in financial markets, banking, or wealth management
• Familiar with related non development fields (product, UX, business analytics, information mapping, etc.)
• Experience with Java, spring, springboard, hibernate, UI development
• Practical experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase).
