About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified PCU RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30301!
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Intermediate Coronary Care (IMCU) provides specialized nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity cardiac conditions requiring close monitoring and advanced interventions. This role bridges the gap between ICU and Med-Surg care.
Monitor and manage patients with:
- STEMI / NSTEMI
- Chest pain (C/P)
- Post–cardiothoracic surgery (CTS)
Administer and titrate cardiac drips , including:
- Milrinone
- Dobutamine
- Vasopressors

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of PCU/IMCU experience
- Strong background in cardiac care
- Experience with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring
- Active RN License (GA or Compact)
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
